3 inches in southeast Carlton county and up to 1 inch elsewhere.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the
Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
