* WHAT...Occasional light snow this morning. Areas of blowing snow.
Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as
high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Wilkin County. In North Dakota, Ransom,
Richland, and Sargent Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be hazardous. Gusty north winds will cause
reductions in visibilities at times in open country.
Instruction:
If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution.
Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you.
