* WHAT...Periods of heavy snow. Snow accumulations between 4 and 9
inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
* WHERE...Carter, Custer, and Fallon.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Friday evening commute.
