* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 8
inches. Northeast winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Petroleum and Southwest Phillips Counties.
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing and drifting snow is also expected
which will reduce visibility at times.
