* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce areas of blowing snow.
* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The highest accumulations
are expected across the Tug Hill Plateau.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
Instruction:
Accumulating snow will create dangerous travel conditions,
especially at the higher elevations of the eastern Lake Ontario
region.
