Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations
between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35
mph.
* WHERE...Southwest North Dakota.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Saturday to 6 AM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
