* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations around 5 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.
* WHERE...Morton, Grant, Sioux, and Emmons Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT /6 AM MDT/ Saturday to 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/
Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
