gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Morton, Grant, Sioux, and Emmons Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
Instruction:
