Total snow accumulations around 6 to 12 inches, with a 20 to 40 percent chance of exceeding 12 inches. * WHERE...Much of southwest and south central North Dakota. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ Friday to 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel may become very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening and commutes through Saturday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief period of freezing rain could fall across far southern North Dakota tonight.
