Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations around 6 to 12
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota,
including the James River Valley.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 4 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel may become very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the morning and evening commutes through Saturday.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
