* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 6 inches.
* WHERE...Much of southwest and south central North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel may become very difficult. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Friday evening and Saturday morning
commutes.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
