Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow and widespread blowing snow. Additional snow
accumulations of 2 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Harding, Northern Perkins, and Southern Perkins.
* WHEN...Until noon MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make
travel dangerous, especially in open country. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
Instruction:
