Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow and patchy blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 4 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph.
* WHERE...In South Dakota, Northern Foothills and Northern Black
Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills.
* WHEN...From 3 PM Saturday to noon MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility.
