* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations between 5 and 10 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...In South Dakota, Northern Foothills and Northern Black
Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills.
* WHEN...From 3 AM Friday to 3 AM MDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
