* WHAT...For the first Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional
snow accumulations up to two inches. For the second Winter Storm
Warning, heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 9
and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Douglas County.
* WHEN...For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 7 PM CDT this
evening. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 1 AM Sunday to
1 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.
