* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation and widespread blowing snow
possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 9 inches and ice
accumulations around a light glaze possible. Winds could gust as
high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa.
* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Falling and blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, may make
travel dangerous, especially in open country. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause tree damage.
