* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, light to moderate snow.
Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible.
Total snow accumulations between 7 and 10 inches possible. Winds
could gust as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Alger, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 8 PM EDT this evening.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Thursday night through
Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Through this evening, snow and blowing snow will make
travel difficult at times. For Thursday night into Friday whiteout
conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous. Travel
could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning commute.
