* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 3 and 6 inches, except up to 8 inches in the
Keweenaw. Ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch possible.
Winds could gust as high as 40 mph in the Keweenaw.
* WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.
* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
