* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 3 and 5 inches, except potentially 6 inches
or more in the Keweenaw north of Houghton, and ice accumulations
around two tenths of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as
40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.
* WHEN...From late tonight through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Expect at least some
isolated power outages. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Thursday morning and evening commutes.
