* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 2 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 feet possible. * WHERE...Holden Village and Stevens Pass. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Tuesday night through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Snow load may result in tree damage and power outages. Gusty winds may also result in periods of blowing snow particularly for Monday morning.
