The approaches on both ends of the County Road VV bridge over the Black River in Jackson County may begin to flood and the bridge gates may be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 13.6 feet early Thursday morning.
