...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin... Wolf River at Lake Poygan affecting Waushara and Winnebago Counties. Wolf River at New London affecting Waupaca, Winnebago and Outagamie Counties. Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Waupaca, Shawano and Outagamie Counties. For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London, Lake Poygan...Minor to Major flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Widespread flooding of shoreline property is occurring from the New London area to Lake Poygan. Water reaches the top of the retaining wall in New London. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 11.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 9.3 feet Monday, April 27. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
