Wolf River at Lake Poygan affecting Waushara and Winnebago Counties. Wolf River at New London affecting Winnebago, Outagamie and Waupaca Counties. For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London, Lake Poygan...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Up to a foot of water is surrounding structures along West River Drive in Fremont. Several inches of floodwater begins to cover portions of Burton Road near Pheifer Park.
