...RED FLAG WARNING ISSUED FOR LARAMIE COUNTY FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY ON SUNDAY... The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 8 PM MDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 430 and 431. * WIND...Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph gusting 25 to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY...Between 12 and 15 percent * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated virga showers may produce gusty and erratic winds with little to no rainfall Sunday afternoon and early evening. A few lightning strikes cannot be ruled out. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
