At 539 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles east of Baldy Peak, or 26 miles northeast of Laramie, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Whitaker and Horse Creek. This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 28 and 50.
