Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of Carbon and Albany county in south central Wyoming. * WHEN...From 6 PM Thursday to 3 PM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rapidly dropping temperatures may lead to a flash freeze and icy conditions Thursday evening into Friday morning.
