with accumulations up to 13 inches possible above 9000ft. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
