He walked away from his home near South Missiondale and West Bilby Roads between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM, on May 31, 2026, and has not returned. Efforts by police and family to locate Mr. Ruiz have been unsuccessful. Mr. Ruiz is described as a Hispanic male, approximately five feet four inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes, white hair, and a full white beard. He was last seen wearing a dark red, striped T-shirt, shorts, and black sandals. Mr. Ruiz suffers from a condition that causes confusion, memory loss, and disorientation.
