The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
South central Kimball County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
* Until 515 PM MDT.
* At 428 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located 8 miles south of
Oliver Reservoir, or 13 miles southwest of Kimball, moving
northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.
SOURCE...Emergency management confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
south central Kimball County.
This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 12 and
14.

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
