* At 220 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over the Rock Canyon Fire scar. Between 0.75 and 1.25
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the Rock Canyon Fire scar.

This is a life threatening situation. Heavy rainfall will cause

across roads. Roads and driveways may be washed away in places. If
