Stephen is a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 210 pounds, and has gray hair with hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan t-shirt and a tan bucket hat. Stephen was last seen at 1:00 PM on June 26, 2026, on foot near Ironwood Drive and Mckellips Boulevard in Apache Junction, Arizona.
