Charles is a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 99 pounds, and has brown hair with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and a tan fisherman hat. Charles was last seen at 9:00 PM on July 6, 2026, on foot near 29th Street and Juniper Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
