* At 423 PM CDT, a tornado producing storm was located over Willow
Hill, or 9 miles east of Newton, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
