Between 7 and 12 inches of rain have fallen since late Sunday evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Public reported. The public has reported flooded roads and businesses on Kelleys Island.
