East Central Kerr County in south central Texas... * Until 1130 AM CDT. * At 530 AM CDT, river gauge reports a large and deadly flood wave is moving down the Guadalupe River. The river gauge at Center Point has risen 32 feet in 4 hours and is expected to reach a crest similar to July 4, 2025 catastrophic river flood. Flash flooding is already occurring. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for The Guadalupe River between Center Point throuhg Bergheim. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Gauges reported a 32 ft rise at the Center Point gauge over the past 4 hours. IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
