* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle. * WHEN...From Thursday morning through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected from Thursday through Friday. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected with locally higher amounts likely. Reasonable high- end totals of 8 to 12 inches are possible.
