Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker. * WHEN...From late tonight to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Some residential flooding occurs downstream from the Highway 4 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 15.7 feet Saturday morning.
