Yellow River At Milligan affecting Santa Rosa, Covington and
Okaloosa Counties.
For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan.
* WHEN...From late Friday night to Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water threatens home on Ellis and Antioch
Roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
Saturday morning to a crest of 12.6 feet early Saturday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
