Perdido River Near Barrineau Park affecting Escambia and Baldwin
Counties.
For the Perdido River...including Barrineau Park...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Perdido River near Barrineau Park.
* WHEN...Until Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 17.6 feet, water reaches the first floor of Adventures
Perdido River Office Building.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:00 AM CDT Friday was 14.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.8 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
