For the Blackwater River...including Upper Blackwater River, Baker... Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker. * WHEN...Until Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Some residential flooding occurs downstream from the Highway 4 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 AM CDT Saturday was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3 feet just after midnight tonight.
