* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, minor flooding of secondary roads and
lowlands from the Highway 4 Bridge downstream. At 14.5 feet,
flooding of Cotton Ridge Park in Baker begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:00 AM CDT Monday was 15.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 4.6 feet Saturday
morning.
