Blackwater River Near Baker affecting Santa Rosa, Covington,
Escambia and Okaloosa Counties.
For the Blackwater River...including Upper Blackwater River, Baker...
Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker.
* WHEN...Until late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Flooding of Cotton Ridge Park in Baker
begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.1 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
Tuesday evening.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
