* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following
county, Henry and southwest Georgia, including the following
counties, Clay, Quitman and Randolph.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT /100 PM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1208 PM EDT /1108 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Georgetown, Crossroads, Hatcher, Morris, Garnersville, Moores
Crossroads, Wire Bridge, Cotton Hill, Watson Crossroads,
Springvale Station, Springvale, Ricks Place, Days Crossroads,
Bagby State Park, Bonapartes Retreat, Peterson Hill and
Coates.
