At 312 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Arab, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Albertville, Boaz, Guntersville, Arab, Holly Pond, Morgan City,
Douglas, Baileyton, Union Grove, and High Point.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
