At 336 PM CDT, broadcast media reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Jefferson, Cardiff, Quinton, Burnwell, Rocky Hollow, Beloit, Lynns
Park, Forestdale and Minor.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
