* At 513 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flash
flooding from earlier heavy rainfall. Radar estimates indicate
amounts between 3 and 7 inches across the warned area.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
