Cattle should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 23.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 27.7 feet Sunday morning.
