Cattle should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 27.2 feet early Tuesday morning.
