* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Fairbanks Metro Area, Goldstream Valley and Nenana Hills,
and Nenana.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM AKDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Recent
rainfall has loosened soil and root systems, which could lead to
downed trees and a few power outages.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
