* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 45 to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...South Anchorage, the Anchorage Hillside and Turnagain Arm. * WHEN...Until 10 PM AKDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase along the Hillside and Turnagain Arm tonight with strong winds moving into Anchorage around midday Tuesday. The strongest winds through the event will be along the Anchorage Hillside and along the Seward Highway from Potter Marsh to Bird Point. Winds in the Anchorage Bowl and Eagle River will not be as strong, with gusts up to 30 mph expected.
